Château Arnauton
4, Arnauton, 33126 Fronsac, France
About the Winery
This 25-hectare cru is established on the south slopes of the Fronsac hill. It changed hands several times: owned by Belgians from 1937, passed to Dutch ownership in 2007, and was taken over by a French owner in 2010. Located in the Fronsac appellation near Bordeaux, the estate produces red wines from Merlot and Cabernet Franc on the characteristic clay-limestone soils of the terroir. Despite the changes in ownership, the wines have maintained a consistent quality.
“A 25-hectare Fronsac estate on the south slopes of the Fronsac hill, producing classic Bordeaux wines from Merlot and Cabernet Franc.”
