About the Winery
Dominique Bouillard took over the family estate in 1982, located south of Mont Brouilly in the Beaujolais region. She runs the 6-hectare vineyard alone and produces wines in the Brouilly, Côte-de-Brouilly, and Beaujolais-Villages appellations, in all three colors (red, white, and Rose). The domaine is a small family operation dedicated to traditional Beaujolais winemaking, with a focus on the Gamay grape for reds and Roses.
