About the Winery

Domaine Marchand Frères was born in 1813 in Morey-Saint-Denis. Since 1999, Denis Marchand (seventh generation) has been at the helm of this family estate. In 1983, the domaine expanded with the acquisition of an old 18th-century winegrower's house located in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin. The estate includes parcels located in the villages of Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin, and Échezeaux. The operation covers nearly 9 hectares. The wines are matured in cellars dating from the early 17th century. The domaine produces a range of Burgundy appellations including village wines and Premier Crus, focusing on traditional Pinot Noir winemaking.

A seventh-generation Burgundy family estate since 1813, producing Pinot Noir from prestigious villages including Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis, and Chambolle-Musigny.
