About the Winery

Stéphane Joly is established east of Bar-sur-Seine and has been running since 2000 the house created in 1973 by his grandfather. His vineyard of more than 7 hectares is planted in the Aube, at the foot of the Blu plateau (357 m), one of the highest points in Champagne viticulture. The estate produces traditional Champagne cuvées from the three classic grape varieties, reflecting the unique terroir of the Aube region with its Kimmeridgian limestone soils that give the wines their characteristic minerality and freshness.

A family Champagne house since 1973 in the Aube, with 7+ hectares at the foot of the Blu plateau.
