About the Winery
A Bas-Rhin property located in Andlau, a village nestled in the valley of the same name and well known for its abbey. The Wach family cultivates 10 hectares of vines with parcels in two Grand Crus. The domaine is in organic conversion. The estate produces the full range of Alsace wines from the seven traditional grape varieties, expressing the diverse terroirs of the Andlau valley, which is renowned for its granite-based soils that give the wines their characteristic freshness and minerality.
“A 10-hectare estate in Andlau with parcels in two Grand Crus, now in organic conversion.”
