About the Winery

Château Les Valentines was founded in 1997 by Pascale and Gilles Pons-Massenot, driven by a passion for wine, terroir, and a love of Provence. Located in La Londe-les-Maures on the Mediterranean coast between Toulon and Saint-Tropez, the estate covers 50 hectares of schist soils. It benefits from the Côtes de Provence 'La Londe' terroir designation and organic certification from Ecocert. The estate grows Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Rolle, Ugni Blanc, and Clairette. Their wines are known for their elegance and authenticity, with fine, aromatic Roses, powerful, spicy reds, and surprising whites. The estate offers guided tours and tastings, with visits averaging 90 minutes.
