About the Winery
The cellar and tasting room are located in the heart of the village of Carcès — the tasting room is in a former coaching inn and the cellar in a former gendarmerie. Since 2000, Manuel Foussenq has been at the head of this 25-hectare estate where winegrowers have succeeded each other from father to son since 1566. The estate produces wines from Provence, including Côtes de Provence, crafting red, white, and Rose wines that express the unique terroir of the Var hinterland with its limestone soils and Mediterranean climate.
“An estate with a lineage dating to 1566, crafting wines from a historic cellar in the heart of Carcès village.”
