About the Winery

A recently created domaine (2014) located in the Yonne at Pontigny, a village famous for its Cistercian abbey. The 11.8-hectare vineyard is managed by a young couple, Céline and Antoine Angst, who are not from the wine world. The estate is HVE level 3 certified since 2020 and is currently converting to organic farming. They produce a varied range including Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premiers Crus, Irancy, Bourgogne Blanc and Rose, and Crémant de Bourgogne. The couple brings a fresh perspective to Burgundy winemaking, crafting wines that express the diverse terroirs of Chablis and the Auxerrois.
