About the Winery

Anthony Girard had been working his grandfather's vines since 2007 but sold the grapes as must. In 2015, he partnered with his brother David, who brought ten years of experience from Domaine Paul Prieur in Verdigny and also manages his own vineyard (Domaine des Chasseignes). Today, the two brothers jointly manage the 3-hectare family estate in the Loire Valley. The estate produces wines from the Menetou-Râtel and Sancerre appellations, focusing on Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir to express the unique terroir of this lesser-known but promising area.
