Clos Saint-Sébastien
About the Winery
Jacques Piriou and oenologist Romuald Peronne joined forces to acquire Domaine Saint-Sébastien in 2008, renaming it Clos Saint-Sébastien in 2014 after acquiring Clos Xatard. They made their mark with their Collioure cuvées. At Banyuls, they run Le Jardin de Saint-Sébastien, a terrace restaurant overlooking the port, and offer boat trips to discover their 25 hectares of terraced vineyard from the sea. Their portfolio exclusively features Collioure and Banyuls wines. The estate is HVE certified and produces three ranges: Empreintes, Inspirations, and Collections.
“An estate offering a unique wine experience with terraced vineyards, a portside restaurant, and boat tours along the Banyuls coast.”
