About the Winery

From an old family of winegrowers, Jacques Bilhac, joined in 2003 by his brother Alex, manages 30 hectares of vines, entrusting most of the grapes to the cooperative cellar. In 2014, the brothers built their own winemaking cellar and withdrew 7 hectares from the cooperative to produce their own wines. Vincent, Jacques's son, has since joined them. The estate produces wines from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, focusing on expressing the unique terroir of Péret with its blend of Mediterranean sunshine and fresh mountain influences.
