About the Winery

This family domaine sold its grapes to the cooperative from 1980 to 2014. The arrival of Camille, son of Laurent Schaller, changed everything — the first wine crafted at the property was released the same year from the brand-new winery. This marked the beginning of a new chapter for the estate, transitioning from grape growers to winemakers. Located in Préhy near Chablis, the domaine produces wines from the Chablis appellations, taking advantage of the region's famous Kimmeridgian soils to create wines with distinctive minerality and character.
