Champagne Bardiau is a small Champagne producer located in Verpillières-sur-Ource in the Aube department of Champagne, near the border with Burgundy. The estate crafts traditional Champagnes from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in their vineyards. The Aube region, particularly around Les Riceys, is known for its Pinot Noir and produces Champagnes with a distinct character that reflects the area's unique terroir and slightly warmer climate.
