About the Winery

Mas Karolina is a wine estate located in Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet in the Roussillon region of southern France. The estate produces wines from the Catalan terroir, crafting both dry wines and fortified sweet wines (vin doux naturel) from grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan. The vineyards are situated in the dramatic landscape of the Fenouillèdes, with its mix of schist, granite, and limestone soils. Mas Karolina represents the new generation of Roussillon winemaking, combining tradition with innovation.
