Domaine de la Borde is a small, natural wine estate in Pupillin, in the Jura region of eastern France. The estate is known for its commitment to biodynamic and natural winemaking practices, producing wines with minimal sulfur and indigenous yeast fermentation. The Jura is famous for its unique wine styles including Vin Jaune (yellow wine), Vin de Paille (straw wine), and traditional Crémant du Jura sparkling wines. Domaine de la Borde works with grape varieties typical of the Jura including Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, and Trousseau, creating wines that express the unique terroir of the region.
