About the Winery

Domaine Ellevin is a family-owned winery located in Chablis, Burgundy, run by the Petit family. The estate produces wines across the full range of Chablis appellations, including Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. The wines are made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown on the famous Kimmeridgian soils that give Chablis its distinctive minerality and freshness. The estate practices sustainable viticulture to preserve the unique terroir of Chablis.
