Les Demoiselles Tatin is a wine estate in Quincy, a small appellation in the Loire Valley near Bourges. The estate produces white wines from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on the gravelly terraces overlooking the Cher River. Quincy is one of the oldest Sauvignon Blanc appellations in France, and Les Demoiselles Tatin continues this tradition with wines known for their freshness, minerality, and aromatic complexity. The estate is part of the historic winemaking heritage of the Cher department.
