About the Winery
In 2018, Jean-Michel Ripoll equipped this 15-hectare family domain in Tourouzelle with a winemaking cellar and vinified his first cuvées the same year. A rising star of the Minervois, the estate produces wines from traditional Languedoc grape varieties on the terroirs of the Aude department.
