About the Winery
A grower in the Côte des Bar, around Bar-sur-Aube, Bernard Dumont (Domaine R. Dumont et Fils) partnered in 2019 with his nephew Laurent, an agronomist and oenologist with diverse international experience, to found Domaine de Mondeville. The estate is farmed biodynamically in a 'natural spirit' and is in organic conversion.
