About the Winery

In 1987, at the age of 36, Joël Boilley took over a cereal farm and a viticultural operation in the Jura. After a fire in 2010, the cellar was rebuilt in 2012. While wine de paille production often represents a marginal part of Jura operations, Joël Boilley produces a significant volume on his 7 hectares of vines. The estate produces traditional Jura wines including Vin de Paille and other regional specialties.
