About the Winery

Coming from a long line of winegrowers, Christophe Coquard vinified on three continents (California, South Africa, and New Zealand) and worked for several Beaujolais négociants before launching in 2005 his own structure backed by the family estate in the Pays des Pierres Dorées. Maison Coquard is now considered one of the last independent, family-owned, and artisanal négociant creations, bringing new ideas to the Beaujolais wine revival.
