About the Winery
This 35-hectare domain has been managed since 1981 by the Gaillou family. It produces not only Cognac and Pineau des Charentes, but also other wines and grape juice. Adeline Gaillou, representing the 6th generation, took the helm in 2023. The estate continues a long family tradition of producing quality spirits and wines in the Charentes region.
