About the Winery
A former printer and wine enthusiast, Henri Monteux acquired 5 hectares of certified organic vines in 2018 on the schists of Faugères, at 300 meters altitude around the medieval village of Cabrerolles. The estate produces Faugères AOP wines from old vines on schist terroir, one of the most prestigious appellations in Languedoc.
