About the Winery

This vast property extends over 100 hectares in one piece, with 32 hectares dedicated to vines in the Coteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence appellation. Since 2012, Emmanuelle Baude has been at the helm, leaving her career as a notary to fulfill her dream. She has made significant investments in the vineyard and cellar, with completed organic conversion and ongoing biodynamic conversion. The unique winery was built following the golden ratio proportions, with a gravity-fed vinification tower - unique in France.
