Chai Julip

About the Winery

Judith Melka (in the cellar) and Philippe Peignier (in the vines) took over in 2021 the former Domaine Belles Courbes, renamed Chai Julip. The 12-hectare estate features old vines with an average age of 60 years, arranged along a contour line offering all orientations. The wines are vinified with minimal intervention (no additives, minimal sulfur) and organic conversion began in 2021 with certification expected in 2025. The estate is located in the Saint-Chinian appellation.
