About the Winery

A family affair since 1920, the Famille Denis estate has grown from 5 hectares to 85 hectares today, making it a flagship of the Haut-Layon region. Now in its fourth generation, Stéphane, Julien, and Vincent Denis took over in the 2000s, bringing fresh perspectives from experiences in France, California, and Australia. The estate is renowned for its red wines but also excels in white and Rose. HVE certified since 2018, the domain was previously known as 'Petit Clocher' before adopting the Famille Denis name in 2025. Their wines have received numerous awards including multiple medals at the Concours Général Agricole.
