About the Winery
Created in 1967 by Marcel Huber and his cousin Robert Bléger around Saint-Hippolyte, at the limit of the two Alsatian departments, the domain covers 36 hectares spread across 5 communes in the Haut-Rhin, at the foot of the Haut-Kœnigsbourg and in Kaysersberg. Now run by Sébastien Huber and Franck Bléger (joined by Benjamin), the estate produces Alsace AOC wines including Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and the rare Saint-Hippolyte Rouge. The property is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and practices sustainable viticulture with manual harvesting.
“A family estate since 1967 spanning 36 hectares in Alsace, producing characterful wines at the foot of the Haut-Kœnigsbourg castle.”
