About the Winery

Château Montifaud is a historic family estate in the Cognac region, founded in 1837 by Augustin Vallet and now run by the sixth generation, Laurent and Élodie Vallet. The estate spans 130 hectares across the Petite and Grande Champagne regions, producing exceptional Cognacs, Pineau des Charentes, and grape-based gins under three brands: Château Montifaud, Pierre Vallet, and Osmoz Gin. The château has been recognized for its outstanding terroir with soils rich in active limestone and chalk. Visitors are welcomed for guided tours of the cellars, tastings, and cocktail experiences.
