Domaine Beaufumé is a Burgundy winery in Lignorelles, located in the Chablis region. Bernard Beaufumé left the cooperative winery after 24 years to vinify his own production from 18 hectares of vines, supported by his wife Valérie. The domain produces wines from the Chablis appellation, working with traditional Burgundy methods.
