About the Winery

Paul Chavy is a young négociant based in Puligny-Montrachet, in the heart of Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. Created in 2019, this small operation aims to grow step by step, sourcing grapes from the prestigious vineyards around Puligny-Montrachet. The estate produces wines from this iconic terroir known for some of the world's finest Chardonnay, including Puligny-Montrachet and potentially Premier Cru wines from appellations like Les Folatières and Les Perrières.
