Johann Aubert

About the Winery

Johann Aubert comes from a family of well-known property owners in the Libournais, Castillonnais, and Entre-deux-Mers vineyards of Bordeaux. In 2009, he joined the family's flagship property, La Couspaude, a Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion. In 2015, he acquired Les Clavelines, a small 3.5-hectare vineyard on clay-sandy soils in Saint-Pey-d'Armens, at the southeastern edge of the Saint-Émilion appellation. The estate produces wines that reflect the unique terroir of this southeastern Saint-Émilion sector.
