Domaine nicolas Paget
About the Winery
Domaine Nicolas Paget represents the fifth generation of winemakers in the Paget family, established near the confluence of the Loire and Indre rivers, on the edge of the Chinon forest. Nicolas took over from his father James in 2007 and now manages 15 hectares cultivated organically since 2014 (certified). The estate produces wines across three appellations: Touraine, Touraine-Azay-le-Rideau, and Chinon, from Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc. The domaine has a 60m² tasting room adjoining the winery and has been recognized as an Excellence Cellar for the quality of its reception. Multiple wine tourism activities are offered including cellar visits, vineyard walks, wine games, and tastings with food pairings.
