About the Winery

Champagne Baudoin is a family-owned Champagne house in Arrentières, near Bar-sur-Aube in the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. Founded in 1964 when the first vine was planted, the brand was launched in 1968 and the estate has since grown to 12 hectares, primarily on the communes of Arrentières, Engente, and Bar-sur-Aube. Now in its third generation, the estate is managed by Jean-Pierre Baudoin with his children Stéphane and Elise. The vineyard is planted mainly with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils, offering a diversity that allows for bold blends across six cuvées: Sélection, Prestige, Véronique, Rose, Elise, and Millésime. The estate practices sustainable viticulture and has invested in modern thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

A family Champagne house since 1964 in the Côte des Bar, producing six distinct cuvées from 12 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
