Domaine Gabinato Fresquet is a family-owned winery perched on the heights of the Pays Cathare in the Aude department of Languedoc, near the historic Château d'Aguilar. Run by Isabelle and David Gabinato, the estate practices HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified agriculture and focuses on producing wines that express their unique terroir. The estate offers tastings by appointment and hosts terrace dining events on Monday evenings in July and August, featuring their wines paired with tapas in a friendly sunset atmosphere.
