Domaine Hubert

About the Winery

Domaine Hubert was created in 2019 by Maxime Hubert after gaining winemaking experience around the world. The estate currently cultivates approximately 4 hectares of vines in the AOC Châteaumeillant and Quincy appellations in the Centre-Loire region. The vineyards are managed using sustainable agriculture (HVE certified) with Sauvignon Blanc planted in Quincy and Gamay and Pinot Noir in Châteaumeillant. Maxime Hubert produces two lines of wines: the Origines line representing the foundational cuvées, and the Artifice line showcasing the winemaker's character and creativity. The estate has received recognition including Ligers d'Or and Guide Hachette stars.
