Juliénas Chaintré Vignerons Associés
About the Winery
Juliénas Chaintré Vignerons Associés is a cooperative union formed on July 12, 2013, bringing together 85 winegrower-cooperators from the Cave de Chaintré (founded 1928) and the Cave des Producteurs de Juliénas (founded 1961). The cooperative manages 290 hectares of vineyards, creating a bridge between Burgundy and Beaujolais. They produce an impressive range of wines including Beaujolais crus (Juliénas, Saint-Amour, Chénas, Fleurie, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, Brouilly, Chiroubles), Mâconnais whites (Mâcon, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Vinzelles), and Crémant de Bourgogne. The cooperative respects traditional values while embracing innovative winemaking techniques.
“Cooperative of 85 winegrowers bridging Burgundy and Beaujolais, crafting wines across 8 Beaujolais crus.”
