About the Winery

Champagne Dom Caudron is the brand of the cooperative cave of Passy-Grigny in the Marne Valley, paying homage to the village priest who donated 1,000 francs to support the founding of the cooperative in 1929. The cooperative vinifies grapes from 130 hectares cultivated by its member growers. Pinot Meunier is the predominant grape variety in this part of Champagne. The cooperative produces a range of champagnes under the Dom Caudron brand, reflecting the terroir of the Marne Valley with its characteristic clay-limestone soils.
