Château Clarisse
About the Winery
Château Clarisse is a family-owned estate founded in 2009 by Didier and Olivia Le Calvez on the heights of Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion. The property extends over approximately 24 hectares on a rare clay-and-limestone terroir that gives rise to vibrant, finely structured wines with remarkable freshness. Cabernet Franc plays a leading role in their wines, bringing freshness and lift, supported by Merlot. The vineyard is tended with great care and deep respect for nature, biodiversity, and the soil, with hand harvesting and a constant pursuit of precision. The estate also produces wines under the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation ('Allegria' cuvée) and has recently introduced a Chardonnay. The estate offers signature experiences, private visits, tastings, and bespoke workshops.
