About the Winery

Domaine Stéphane Tissot (Domaine André et Mireille Tissot) is a pioneering estate in the Jura region, managed by Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot. The domaine was founded in the early 1960s and is now biodynamic, certified by Demeter. The estate consists of 35 hectares of vines in the Arbois and Côtes de Jura appellations, with parcels in some of the best sites. The estate employs 15 full-time staff and minimizes the use of sulfur dioxide. Stéphane Tissot is a pioneer of organic and biodynamic viticulture in the Jura, producing exceptional wines with character. The estate produces a diverse range including Arbois Chardonnay, Savagnin (including sous voile), Pinot Noir, Crémant du Jura, and Vin Jaune. The wines are known for their authenticity and distinctive personality, reflecting the unique Jura terroir.
