About the Winery

Château Ambe Tour Pourret is a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru estate owned by the Lannoye family, located just outside the village of Saint-Émilion. The Lannoye family has been established in the Libourne region for some fifteen years and also owns wineries in Puisseguin Saint-Emilion and Castillon. The estate has been certified organic since 2015 and produces approximately 15,000 bottles annually from 7 hectares of clay-limestone soils planted with 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. The wines are aged in 60% new barrels and 40% one-year barrels. The estate offers a variety of experiences including tours with tastings of 3 wines, picnics in the vineyard, a wine bar, cooking classes, cocktail workshops, and the sparkling wines Crémants de Bordeaux Célène. From November to March, the château is open weekends only (Saturday and Sunday, 10:30am to 6pm), and from April to October, Wednesday to Monday, 10am to 6pm.
