Domaine Jean-Baptiste Adam is a historic winery located on the Alsace Wine Route in Ammerschwihr. Founded in 1614, the estate has been passed down through fifteen generations of passionate winegrowers. The estate was selected by Wine & Spirits among the 100 best estates in the world. Laure Adam represents the 14th generation of this long lineage of winemakers, continuing the family tradition of excellence. The estate practices biodynamic viticulture and is certified Organic (AB) and Demeter. Their wines include the prestigious Grand Cru Kaefferkopf and Grand Cru Wineck-Schlossberg. The estate features century-old wooden tuns in their cellars. They produce a wide range of Alsace wines including Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Muscat, Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, and Crémant d'Alsace, as well as Sélection de Grains Nobles and Vendanges Tardives. The estate offers tours for individuals and groups up to 55 people, with tastings conducted in French, German, and English.
