Champagne Baron Dauvergne is a family-owned Champagne house located in the heart of Bouzy, one of the most prestigious Grand Cru villages in Champagne. For four generations, the house has been elevating Pinot Noir, blending family tradition with exceptional Grand Cru expertise. The estate specializes in Blanc de Noirs and Rose Champagnes made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Bouzy. The family lives on the property and produces champagnes at great value, with their retired 3rd generation winemaker Hubert Dauvergne still occasionally greeting visitors. The house offers a range of champagnes reflecting the unique terroir of Bouzy, with an underground cave accessible by an open elevator. The house welcomes visitors by appointment Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 5pm.
