Fondugues Pradugues
About the Winery
Fondugues Pradugues is a family-owned, organically farmed estate located in the heart of the peninsula of Saint-Tropez, near the village of Ramatuelle. Founded in 1964, the estate spans 14 hectares and is committed to biodiversity and respect for the land. All wines are AB (Agriculture Biologique) and DEMETER certified, reflecting their dedication to organic and biodynamic farming practices. The estate produces red, Rose, and white wines from grape varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Rolle, Cinsaut, Chardonnay, Mourvèdre, and Merlot. Each plot is vinified separately to best express the terroir, using temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, barrel fermentations, and buried amphoras. The winery combines modern precision with traditional know-how to craft natural and distinctive cuvées. Visitors are welcomed at the Chai for tastings, picnics in the vineyards (booking required), and wine sales. Since 2014, the family has been committed to protecting biodiversity by working with animals on the property. Rarely in the region, the labels on each bottle are completely transparent, showing vintages, limited and numbered editions, grape variety percentages, parcels, and bottle counts.
“A family-owned organic and biodynamic estate in Saint-Tropez producing natural wines with full transparency on every label.”
