Close to Amboise, Caves Ambacia's history, the quality of its wines and Pascal Mineau's passion for his terroir are sure to win you over. Founded in 1874 and specializing in vintages from the Loire Valley, Caves Ambacia (formerly Caves Duhard) offers a unique 2-part tour: the Sensory Experience & Vintage Odyssey followed by a wine-based activity. The tour includes an olfactory and 3D experience in the tufa stone caves, tasting of rare cuvées including precious vintages from the collection, and food-wine pairings at the Bistrot de l'Oppidum with a breathtaking view over the Loire.
