About the Winery
Château de Meursault is an iconic estate on the Route des Grands Crus in Burgundy, with origins dating back to the 11th century. The estate comprises 60 hectares of vines, including 23 hectares in Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations. The property features exceptional 12th, 14th, and 16th-century cellars with unique double vaults. Acquired by Olivier Halley in 2012, the estate is managed by Stéphane Follin-Arbelet with winemaker Emmanuel Escutenaire. The estate was fully certified organic starting with the 2022 vintage. Château de Meursault is famous for hosting the Paulée de Meursault, a legendary celebration held after the Hospices de Beaune wine auction each November.
