About the Winery

Pressoria is the brand new sensory interpretation center for champagne wines: an immersive, fun and interactive journey to discover. Located at the foot of historic hillsides classified as UNESCO World Heritage, in the commune of Aÿ-Champagne, Pressoria is housed in the former pressing center of Maison Pommery, built in 1902. The experience includes 10 scenographic rooms appealing to all 5 senses, exploring the elemental basis of champagne: chalk, rain, sunshine, and deep vine roots. The visit culminates in a tasting of two champagnes or grape juices.
