On the Wine Route in Ribeauvillé, the dynamic Domaine Jean Sipp advocates complex and qualitative wines. The Domaine Jean Sipp is a family estate situated in the heart of the Alsace vineyard, in a seigneurial house dating from 1416 in the upper town of Ribeauvillé. For 4 generations, the family has produced quality wines through rigorous viticulture and oenology. The estate converted to organic farming in 2018 and obtained HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification in 2020. Their vineyard includes Grand Cru Kirchberg and Osterberg plots, as well as distinguished lieux-dits like Clos Ribeaupierre.
