About the Winery

The Uijttewaal family opens its doors to make discover its history, its cellars and its high quality wines, without artifice and accessible. Located in the north of the Médoc, this family property was created by Adrien Uijttewaal in 1982, and his daughter Elise joined the domain in 2017. The estates include Château Saint-Hilaire Cru Bourgeois Supérieur and Château Gémeillan, Cru Bourgeois, in AOP Médoc. These enthusiasts cultivate their vines with respect for the environment (TERRA VITIS and HVE 3) and also breed cows, producing quality meat under the label 'Le Boeuf des Eleveurs Girondins'.
