About the Winery

Werkstatt (German for "workshop") is the brainchild of Bridget Mac, launched in 2022 with a single riesling. She adopts a minimalist approach, sourcing fruit from vineyards in Mount Gambier selected for distinctive soils and cooling maritime influence.
