Schwarz Wine Company started in 2001 with just 1 tonne of Shiraz from Jason Schwarz's parents' Bethany vineyard (planted 1968). The business has grown to produce Mataro, Grenache and Shiraz from estate vines, with wines available for tasting at Artisans of Barossa.
